Role & responsibilities

6 years of experience in Production Support; with proven application support, maintenance, and delivery of enhancements projects on critical applications.

Good Experience in SQL, ETL - SSIS (Primary) 

Very good experience in dealing with large scale enterprise applications preferably in BFSI domain

Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by an ability to work well virtually with both onshore and offshore teams

Production support experience is mandatory with solid understanding of L2 and L3 activities

Very good experience in conducting Impact Analysis of issues and preparing RCA s Solid team management skills

Ready to work in a 24/7 shift rotation model and available to support team members after shift hours.

Experience managing large programs on cloud environment, digital transformation.

Able to follow and participate in technical discussions/reviews.

Must have experience in handling Project proposals and estimations, RFPS and Presales.

Solid understanding or experience with DevOps processes/tools and Agile Methodologies.
