Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of manual QA testers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of all system requirements and functionalities.

• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify potential quality issues early in the development cycle.

• Execute manual test cases, document test results, and track defects to closure, ensuring that all issues are accurately reported and resolved.

• Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance overall product quality and team efficiency.

• Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress, defect metrics, and overall quality health of the project.
