Requirements for App Support Engineer:

• Have minimum 3+ experience is providing product support for frontend applications
• Must know on the support process for production operations
• Worked as L2/ L3 engineer primary operation being L2
• Good knowledge of SQL as L2 engineer, he/she will use SQL as a tool to debug production issues
• Knowledge on insurance is good to have but not must
