The Role

As a Software Engineer at Fospha, you’ll own problems end-to-end — across the stack, across the lifecycle, and across teams. You’ll design, build, and scale core systems in Python, React, SQL, and dbt, contributing to the foundation that powers all of Fospha’s products.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the future of our engineering practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver full-stack features, from backend APIs to frontend interfaces.
  • Contribute to the reliability and scalability of our data and application platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Data teams to deliver with quality and speed.
  • Write maintainable, testable, production-grade code.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
  • Continuously improve tooling, automation, and developer experience.
  • In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen AI hub!
