Raising IBL based on services provided as per Service Report
Data update of Active Population data of Trucks (IB), Skill Set record, Attendance records of Service Engineers, Checking of Travel Expense & Contact data related Key Account Customers
Coordinate with HQ department to ensure Customer commitment as per contract like: Warranty Parts, Parts Delivery, Invoice Submission, Tools & Project delivery etc
Preparing & sending AMC offers, maintaining records with updated data to fulfill audit requirements, identifying Trucks for AMC after completion of Warranty period in assistance with Regional / Area Manager Service Engineer and also from population list
Service Contracts update in SAP, new contracts addition with all relevant data
