Supports Reporting Manager in Installation, Configuration & Management of Server Infrastructure, and responsible for User Administration / Desktops Management which include but not limited to following :

ICM of Server Infrastructure (Hardware, Software)

ICM of Network Infrastructure

ISPs Management

ICM of Desktops (Hardware, Software & Applications) & Accessories

Users/Customers Management

IT & Information Security Policies & Procedures implementation

Vendor Management

Takes care of all documentation related requirements as part of implementation of ISO, ISMS and other Standards/Certifications.

Any other item as specified by the Head within the scope of IT Services and as per requirement of Organisation’s IT needs

Responsible for performing preventive maintenance at server, network devices & desktop levels.

Responsible for ensuring IT Infrastructure availability at regions in coordination with regional IT Team Members

Review of all logs and usage trends related to all critical servers at regular intervals and planning for smooth maintenance and performance improvements from technology & operations perspective

Supports Reporting Manager for making requirements met as per ISO standards and plays vital role in all internal & external audits

Resolve issues escalated by IT Executives both at Corporate and Regions.

Performs analysis on the issues received and recommend corrective and preventive actions for review.

In the absence of Reporting Manager, assumes his Roles & Responsibilities subject to discretion of Head.

Should take care of Roles & Responsibilities of other IT Executives in their absence, subject to approval and as advised by Head.

Any other task as advised / directed by Head.
