We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and support, as well as other cloud-based business applications. This role will support and enhance enterprise systems across Finance, and Supply Chain, with additional responsibility for Par Excellence, EDI integrations with GHX Marketplace, Concur.

Responsibilities

Support Enterprise ERP System

Build and support Workday reports and dashboards.

Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements

Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants

Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access

Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments

Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements

Participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues

Skills

Must have

2+ years experience in creation/modification of matrix, composite and advanced reports and dashboards across functional areas.

Demonstrate ability and experience in translating functional specifications into technical deliverables.

Nice to have

Experience working in a healthcare organization or regulated industry.

Familiarity with Workday business processes, security, integrations, and reporting.

Knowledge of Agile development practices and experience in collaborative project delivery.

Exposure to AI/ML capabilities in Workday or related platforms (e.g., sentiment analysis, automation triggers, smart suggestions).

Understanding of Workday release management and feature enablement.
