  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Content Creation:
  • Draft social media posts, email newsletters, and basic marketing copy.
  • Collaborate on creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
  • Design simple graphics or visuals using tools like Canva.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Assist in creating and sending email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Maintain and update email subscriber lists.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including open and click-through rates.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research on competitors, target audiences, and trends.
  • Support team efforts with insights and data to enhance campaigns.

Campaign Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns and projects.
  • Track and report on campaign performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with design tools like Canva (preferred but not required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
