Key Result Area :

-Taking care of complete end to end accounting/labor law/ compliance aspects of company which covers

-Labor Laws-

Primarily responsible for Statutory Compliances under various labour laws for E.g. Shops and Establishment, Contract Labour, PF,ESI, PT, MW, LWF for all locations and entities

Preparation and ensuring the preparedness of all statutory registers under labour laws as per the prescribed formats

Administer Queries related to PF, ESIC etc.

Should have awareness about joining formalities and related compliances

Preparation and Tracking for all regulatory notifications and fillings

Supporting in facilitating Annual / Quarterly Audits (Statutory / Tax / Transfer pricing Audit, etc.)

-MIS

Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly MIS as per the management requirements

Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.

Provide Support and maintenance to existing MIS System

Perform Data Analysis for generating reports which can be used in management review

Preparation of Ad-hoc reports as and when required by the management

Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments

Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports

Experience - Quality & Quantity

-Savvy with computers (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

-Good understanding of financial accounting for data interpretation

-Must be open to work in a dynamic environment.
